Someone already had mentioned in the forum that this is a good raider-esque place and I agree also theres Tenpines Bluff farm right there to extort Ive yet to see BoS.
In this video I will be showing you the best settlements to establish raider camps for the Nuka World dlc. Cutty The Raider leader at the Poseidon Energy plant far east of the map and is found on the top level. Theres some Tato plants which leads one to believe they might be trying to make a proper settlement to support their income.
