This is the message that I get from them : /pkb/articles/en_US/download/en374271 is down for maintenance I downloaded the last update (20 june 2013) of Avid Mbox mini drivers from Avid website.I tried to check if there are any new updates from The site where you get the latest drivers and I really don't know how and why it happened, everything worked well and I can't record Vocal and Guitar anymore I also tried to choose another option for the audio sound in the preferences.but it doesn't work well.

Ive tried to uninstall the Mbox mini drivers and reboot. I also get a pink message "The audio engine is off, Please click here to choose audio device from Live's preferences" When I try to chose the option "Asio avid Driver" I'm getting this message from Ableton : "Failed to open audio device "ASIO avid driver". Yesterday I noticed that I can't record audio anymore.I checked the preferences and it wasn't in the same definition that I use to work (ASIO avid Driver). Plus I am more familiar with this version.I'm working with Ableton live 9 / Avid Mbox mini. I almost spent a grand on software from Ableton, It is just more convenient to torrent it. So please don't lecture me about pirating software. NOTE: Yes, I actually purchased Ableton Live from Guitar Center, My CD's where destroyed in my recent move to Colorado. But, would it be worthwhile to put Studio on this machine? After 11.04 and unity left me screaming and pulling my hair out I just put 10.10 back.

Is Ubuntu Studio worth the install? We have all of our data backed up on a local server, so I have nothing to lose and can re-partition at my leisure. Also any tips for Linux software to play with, or goodies would be greatly appreciated.
